Dogs

Dogs are allowed only in select apartments under certain conditions.  

We only allow none aggressive smaller dogs.

We must meet your dog prior to signing the lease.

When outside of your home your dog must be attended and on a leash at all times.

You are required to clean up after your dog daily.

Your rent will increase by $50 per month per dog.

*Pets Must Have Up To Date Vaccinations*  

Cats

Your cat must be attended at all times if outside your home

Your rent will increase by $25 per month per cat.

Other Pets

Must be approved by Management.
