How can I set-up a showing?

To set up a showing you can

Then we can set up a time that is convenient for both of us

What is your application fee?

The fee is currently
$40 per adult
-You will receive an answer within a day or two.
*The application fee is nonrefundable*

Is there on site laundry?

Yes! All of our locations have onsite laundry!
Mounds View:
There are 2 washers and 2 dryers located in the on-site laundry room.
-The current price is $2 per machine
Coon Rapids:
There is a washer and dryer within the unit.
Saint Paul:
There is a seperate washer and dryer for each unit.

Who maintains the grounds?

Saint Paul and Mounds View Locations:
The building maintenance crew takes care of the grounds
Coon Rapids Location:
The homeowners association maintains the grounds.

Do you accept section 8?

NO. We DO NOT participate in the section 8 housing program.
